Shopping is one thing to do around Siam Square

Let’s first start with shopping. You can get everything from luxury brands, wholesale clothing and food and cosmetic souvenirs. The area is home to major malls like Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery and Siam Center. If you venture out a little further by foot, and we’re talking less than 10 minutes, you will reach MBK and Central World. Less than a 20 minute walk away is Central Chitlom, Big C Supercenter, The Market and Platinum Shopping Mall. Let’s not forget Siam Square, home to local fashion brands all the cool locals are wearing.

The best Family activities in Bangkok

Siam is a great place for families with kids. Right next to Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square is LINE Village, an Adventure Park based off of the popular instant messaging application. It’s a super cute world with VR rides and lots of picture-taking opportunities.

Another attraction to visit is Madame Tussauds, located on the 4th floor in Siam Discovery. Take family pictures with your favorite celebrities at this famous wax museum.

For a more relaxing option that all ages can enjoy, go get a massage. Thailand is famous for cheap and amazingly relaxing massages. Siam Square is full of massage parlors. For more local food, you can find it at food courts located in any major mall. The malls also house restaurants from around the world, from cheap eats to Michelin-starred meals. Inside Siam Square houses lots of restaurants and dessert stores. Try out the famous Honey Toast at After You or a refreshing Mango dessert at Mango Tango.
