The Square
The Square concept completely alters the dining experience, making guests active participants as their food is prepared a-la-minute, or cooked-to-order, before their very eyes as they move through different restaurant stations.
 
For adventurous food lovers who enjoy a diversified variety of freshly cooked and quality of daily extravaganza of International cuisines, The Square of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square’s 2nd floor offers world food at its best and brightest.
