“My name is Zac Papier from Seattle Washington in USA. I’ve been a guest at your hotel here now for the last 10 years and very often twice a year and the most of the reason I prefer to stay here is the convenience, the location is amazing. It’s so close to everything I need to go to. I usually come for pleasure and you do have good business center too, so if I have some business to do it helps out. The train statation, sometimes in the evening the traffic is difficult but the train is perfect to get anywhere you want to get in the entire city in a little time. For all the year that I’ve been coming for the last 10 years. It’s amazing, how much the staff pay attention to us and then this year i was presently surprise. The Premier Lounge!! That is terrific idea to be considered for guest that the business guest because a lot of lovely food all day long. So it’s actually one of the most interesting additions to your hotel features but more than anything else is the staff – very concern on what we want, what we need and providing just about everything that I forget to bring.
New room are amazing, I was fascinated by some of the features, the privacy features and the interesting elements that you have put in the room. Of course, all the amenities that you gave which is you know…the Wifi all of that. That makes it’s easy to do the business in your own room but otherwise the room are very well design.
