Mango Sticky Rice is the infamous Thai dessert loved by all. Mangos are in season between the months of March – May so they are extra sweet and succulent. The mango is best paired with sticky rice cooked in coconut milk. This sweetens the rice and gives it an almost pudding-like texture. The sticky rice is usually served warm with cool slices of mango served alongside. The flavors blend effortlessly it’s not too heavy which makes it the perfect dish to have in the heat of Bangkok.
